Today i got to go to the Dinosaur Museum with katherine!!! I was sooo exited because it was my first time going!!! I packed up my things and Katherine's mom came and picked me up. So we drove to Thanksgiving Point...
When we got there we got to go our own way because Katherine had her cell phone with her so we first got our hand stamped. Then we went into this room now it wasnt part of dinosaurs but it told us how they make the people off of like wallace and gromet and like how they made the backrounds of the show. T they like put this styrafoam on the houses.... Anyways we got to the dinosaur part and the prehistoric times. They showed us how before the earths countries were like stuck together!!! It was cool. We also got to see like this HUGE shark it was as big as a well um dinosaur!! Also we got to see the profile of all of the extinced,endangered, or the ones that are close to endangered. We also got to play like this guessing game of like which fossil this was and there would be a sort of a button. And if you got the answer right you win! I always lost it was pretty funny if you were actually there. We also got to play in this sand that was like wet and gritty with like water that surounded the sand. Me and katherine tried to dress up like twins to see if people would think we were twins. And it actually worked!!! These cousins were like are you twins? And we just said that we are just friends and they kind of looked fooled!!! Also we went to the gift shop and we got a best friends necklace!! Also there was this room was were their was a scale that measured your weight and it would compare you to a dinosaur!!! I cant remember what dinosaur i was but i was amazed!! We also got to see the Utahs most found fossil.... The Allosaurous!!! We als got to see a 3d movie of prehistoric times!! It looked like i was being stomped on!! Also at the end we saw people from our ward that we ran into!! That was an awesome day because we got to spend time together and plus it was my first time going! See ya later!!!
